RJ69XXLi-ion Battery Core Short Circuit Tester

PULSE Li-ion Battery Core Short Circuit Tester is a full-process short circuit tester in the form of a pulse waveform for testing Li-ion battery cells. It can realize the whole process of monitoring the voltage test waveform, capture the transient abnormal discharge process, and identify microsecond occurrences of short- circuit and micro-short-circuit cell defects that are difficult to recognize under normal conditions.

RJ69XX is widely used for (micro) short circuit testing in winding, stacking, cell assembly and before liquid injection, which greatly improves the testing efficiency of the production line; it can be applied to the testing of different types of battery cells for Li-ion batteries, nickel-hydrogen batteries, supercapacitors, sodium-ion batteries and other products.
