RJ8830Wiring Harness Comprehensive Test System

RJ8830 series wire harness comprehensive test system is an automatic test equipment developed for wire harness, FPC, CCS of new energy battery packs, electric vehicles, home appliances and other products. The test items include multi-channel on-state, on-low resistance, AC/DC withstand voltage, insulation resistance, NTC temperature sensor, etc.

The automatic test system adopts open hardware and software architecture. According to the function and performance testing requirements of the tested product, it is equipped with custom-developed AC and DC voltage insulation tester, DC low resistance tester, multi-channel scanning unit, high voltage isolation unit and other test equipment.
