Solution for AC charging pile interoperability testing instrument
I. Industry Pain Points
With the rapid development of new energy vehicles, more families are choosing them, and their proportion in social vehicle usage
is increasing. This has led to a growing demand for AC charging piles in society. At the same time, AC charging piles have a fast
production pace and high capacity, and the requirements for testing speed are much higher than those for DC charging piles,
thus bringing new demands to testing.
AC charging piles need to meet regulatory requirements and undergo tests in terms of functionality, performance, and other aspects.
Serial Number | Standard Code | Standard Name |
1 | GB/T18487.1-2015 | General Requirements for Conductive Charging System of Electric Vehicles - Part 1 |
2 | GB/T34657.1-2017 | Interoperability Test Specification for Conductive Charging of Electric Vehicles - Part 1: Power Supply Equipment |
II. Solution
The RJ6970A AC charging pile interoperability tester independently developed by Ruijie Intelligent is a portable and specialized testing
device that can quickly detect various performance parameters and protection functions of AC charging piles. It can rapidly measure
electrical parameters such as AC voltage, AC current, CP voltage, CC resistance, and PWM duty cycle, as well as charging sequences.
According to national standards, it can simulate faults in AC charging piles to verify whether the charging piles can identify the occurrence
of faults and stop charging in a timely manner. Ultimately, the qualification of the charging piles is determined based on these test results.
