Industry Background 

Automatic testing of AC charging piles refers to the use of automated equipment to conduct a series of tests on AC charging piles to 

evaluate their response performance and stability under different charging sequences, as well as the timeliness and reliability of safety 

protection in case of charging abnormalities. 

In recent years, with the advancement of new energy vehicle technology and the reduction in prices, the number of new energy vehicles

in China has continued to increase. This growth trend has driven the development of the electric vehicle charging pile industry. 

It is estimated that the number of public charging piles in China will increase to 6.543 million by 2025. 

The government has successively introduced multiple policies to support innovation in charging pile-related technologies, models, 

and mechanisms. For instance, in 2020, the Chinese government first proposed the concept of "new infrastructure", which includes 

the construction of charging piles and battery swap stations. These policies not only promote the development of the charging pile

but the vehicle-to-pile ratio gap is much larger than that in China. In 2023, the public vehicle-to-pile ratios in the European Union and 

the United States were 13:1 and 24:1 respectively, while in China it was approximately 7:1.

The development of new energy vehicles has brought about a huge demand for AC charging piles, and the safety and reliability of 

charging piles have also received increasing attention.  Against this background, the AC charging pile testing industry has a promising

Application Requirements  

The automatic testing system for AC charging piles can test AC charging piles of 3.5KW and 7KW in accordance with the national standard, 

as well as relevant charging piles of European and American standards. According to customer requirements, customized development of
